About the role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Autoimmunization. 7+ years of electronic product development experience. Experience in BMS for power tools is preferred. Solid understanding of BMS core technologies and principles, including lithium battery charge/discharge, protection, and balancing. Preferred candidates with knowledge of Bluetooth hardware and protocol. Proficient in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice. Good English reading and writing skills. Capable of communicating work content in English. Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the hardware circuit design, schematic, and PCB layout of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for power tools Select and validate BMS-related hardware components and conduct functional verification and debugging. Prepare design documents, test reports, and technical materials Participate in BMS module manufacture building, and the relevant tester development in the suppliers. Get involved in the battery pack phase testing process, timely addressing technical issues occurred, offering the practical solution. Assist in regulatory certifications for battery products.
