The HR Systems Associate is a global role that will work with HR Systems team to provide functional support to our HR systems (workday). The ideal candidate will support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by managing and resolving Workday tickets, conducting testing for new features, and assisting with system implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • • Provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related BAU tickets and ensuring timely resolution.

  • • Perform functional testing of Workday updates, new features, and system enhancements.

  • • Document test cases, test results, and support procedures.

  • • Assist in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes.

  • • Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work.

  • • Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.

  • • Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, other internal systems, and third-party systems, identify issues and work with Integrations team to resolve.

  • • Develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation.

  • • Review, test and communicate to stakeholders any impact of Workday semi-annual release.

  • • Monitor Workday Community and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality and any updates.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, information Technology required.

  • • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.

  • • Experience in Core HCM

  • • Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and business processes.

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • • Highly professional with high ethical standards for handling confidential information.
