About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining highly available production environments, improving system reliability, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure and deployment processes.
You will work closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and efficient incident response across our platforms.
What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and reliability

• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analysis
-
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
-
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards
-
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes
-
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
-
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality
-
• Support cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
-
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities (additional incentive bonus available for on-call participation)

• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
-
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
-
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
-
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
-
• Experience with cloud platforms such as:
-
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
-
• Microsoft Azure (Azure preferred)
-
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
-
• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
-
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
-
• Monitoring and observability experience with Datadog
-
• Scripting experience using Python and/or Bash
-
• Experience with incident management and production support
-
• B2 English proficiency or higher
-
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Databricks

• Experience with Snowflake
-
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow
