Requirement gathering & documenting for Qlik Applications from business Design Qlik Applications based on requirements and KPIs need Perform and bridge gaps in ETL requirements based on reporting needs Optimize performance; Creating best practices/ principles and standards/procedures; Hands on Qlik Application development Reverse Engineer from existing reports in Cognos, MSBI or Excel Demonstrates a personal commitment to technology Client and offshore coordination

7 to 10 years’ experience strong in BI and Report designing concepts Hands down development experience for Qliksense Applications Understands SQL, Exadata and Cognos reports should be able to design solutions and define Reporting strategy based on requirements Should have exposure to work on end to end Qlik application development Should be proficient with datawarehousing concepts Understands various business areas wrt Sales, Finance, Inventory Management and related KPIs Able to implement best practices for development standards, review strategy and performance tuning across Very good communication skill Should be able to coordinate with client and offshore based team Good Team mentoring and guiding skills
