At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process At least 4 years of experience in Oracle application testing At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design Experience in Supply chain domain is an added advantage At least 1-2 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like OATS and Selenium Atleast 4 years of experience with test management tools like HP Quality center, preparation of Test strategy, test execution analysis & reporting At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting At least 4 years of experience with Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Analytical and Communication skills / Planning and Co-ordination skills / Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology .
