Job Description:- At least 4 years of experience in .NET technologies (preferably win forms) At least 3 year of experience in Database PL/ SQL (Oracle or Sybase) Strong Analytical and strong communication skills At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of developers. At least 2 year of experience in Development Projects At least 2 year of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Tuning At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review. At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling At least 1 year of experience in any one of the agile methodologies. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience in Capital Markets domain Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
