.NET Application Developer USC & GC ONLY

5+ years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on application development 4+ years of professional experience as an Application Developer using .NET technologies Experience in the full software development and project lifecycle Knowledge and experience in Agile Methodology . Experience with batch processing particularly with high volume, mission critical applications Experience with queue processing Strong design, coding, testing and debugging skills with Internet applications Strong oral and written communication skills Proven experience with C#, ASP.NET, WCF web services, SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, Design Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML Experience with VB.NET, PowerShell, SSIS, JavaScript, IBM MQ Series preferred Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures required Preferred Skills: Experience working with TDD, code testability standards, and Nunit, Moq/Rhino Experience with Subversion preferred

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 6 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
