Hands-on Experience in MongoDB/NoSql is mandatory. Additional experience in any other BigData database/Java is an added advantage. Should have a proven record in designing, architecting and executing projects from solution conceptualization to delivery. Experience in Relational Data modeling, Database performance tuning, Application Integration, Database planning is an added advantage. Up-to-date on key trends and understands market dynamics and opportunities in Telecom. Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment. Collaborate with business users to define business transformation rules Should possess excellent client interfacing skills and analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
