Kronos Solutions Architect

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Need is for someone to supplement existing solutions architect who has the following skills (note: this is not a comprehensive list, just the highlights for what I see). Highly technical – able to supervise, train, and build up junior members with no experience in Kronos SDM, configuration, maintenance, and complex Labor Level schemas. Highly interactive – able to supervise others’ work, able to interact pleasantly with end-user communities, able to engage sr management on regular basis with little communication gaps. Highly available – able to travel on short notice and possibly for multiple multi-week engagements, sometimes consecutive engagements.
