SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description :- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes 2 years performing JIRA , TFS and Quality Center administration . (JIRA is primary and TFS, QC can be advantage) Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to communicate and resolve issues. Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze an issue, identify root cause and implement the solution. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume support environment. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and drive for results. Ability to perform project management and lead responsibilities project and talent management Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
