Java EE , J2EE Architect

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Preferred • At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks •At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications • At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related) • At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services), • At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis • URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools • At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage) • Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and direction • Capable of setting up performance related processes/guidelines including onboarding technology teams to these processes/guidelines. • Quick learner to pick up framework of proprietary Policy Admin System (Java based) to identify and resolve performance issues. • should have knowledge and able to suggest performance improvement through server virtualization, other techniques that are cost efficient. • At least 5 years of experience in project execution • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point • Analytical skills • At least 7 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications Basic

• •Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of experience with Java technologies locations.
