• At least 4 years in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes. • At least 4 years of experience in Web services, WebSphere Message Broker (WMB or similar ex: Web Methods) technologies and also Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, XML. • At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle including Application Maintenance and Production Support. • At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. • At least 3 years of experience in review of Design and architecture, Root Cause Analysis. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. • Experience to Insurance and Financial services domain. • Analytical skills and Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. • Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. • Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications Basic

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent but should be from an accredited Institution/University. • Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 5 years of experience in JAVA or J2EE Technologies.
