Must Have Skills: 8+ years hands-on Java Development in WebSphere environment 3+ year leading team of 5+ developers 3+ year work experience in Agile Scrum team Core Java Strong J2EE in XML, JMS, JAX-WS, CXF Spring Framework Strong understanding of OOP &SOA Design Patterns Java concurrency, concurrency patterns Experience building thread safe code JUnit/Mockito, Cucumber Experience with IDEs such as RAD/Eclipse Experience building REST and SOAP web services Experience with MQ SQL/PL-SQL in DB2, MySQL Experience with ORM tools such as iBatis and Hibernate Experience with scripting and working in a Linux environment Experience working in an Agile environment Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience with tuning high volume applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Good To Have Experience with: Spring Boot Spring Cloud Spring Security Spring Batch Spring Web Services Experience with caching products like Gemfire and Hazelcast Experience working with no-SQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra
