At least 7 years of experience in Guidewire product configuration/integration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. At least 6 years of experience in problem definition, Architecture, Design and Implementation in a client facing role for US based Insurers. Analytical and Communication skills. Project, talent management and thought leadership. Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel. At least 7 years of IT experience in Insurance Domain with Guidewire expertise. Perform as a technical subject matter expert for Guidewire product. Analytical and Communication skills. Experience with project management. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
