Genesys Principle Consultant

Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks. At least 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys platform At least 7 years’ experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys routing strategies and composer At least 6 years’ experience in ORS, GVP At least 5 years of experience in project execution Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point preferred. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience in IT
