Minimum of 8 to 10 years of strong business analyst experience that includes 3 to 5 years of experience in IBM Cognos ICM Hands on expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies is must Should have complete understanding of IBM Cognos ICM Tool business functionality Domain knowledge on payments and Compensation Processing is must Product management expertise is plus in IBM ICM Sales Performance, Payment and Compensation processing, BI and Analytics, Product Strategy and Delivery, B2B and Customer Relationship
