The resource should have 5Yrs of relevant experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) with hands on experience of UCS server setup , VMware/ESXI, Voice Gateways, VMware, SIP Trunk, Cisco UCS servers etc. Resource will be required to look after the UCCE platform at Accenture data centers in Chicago. One of the key requirements of this assignment is that this may require working in out-of-office hrs, on weekends since changes to production system are allowed only during non-peak hours, nights and weekends.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
