Business Rules Configuration Management (BRCM) Ability to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application ∙ Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment ∙ Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge ∙ Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG ∙ Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms ∙ Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice ∙ Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing
