Checklist for hiring: Should have worked in production support projects for 1-2 years/Project Should have good knowledge on teradata performance optimization & tuning Should have knowledge on ticketing tool Hadoop, Hive working knowledge will be good Manage complex data loading operations Should have knowledge on ITIL process
Job Description : Should have 5-7 yrs of experience in Teradata & Hadoop technology & having ETL experience would be good Should have good data modelling knowledge Expertise and hand-on experience with the Hive and/or SparkSQL is a must. Hands-on experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem with large scale data processing requirements. Proficient with Hive/Pig and workflow automation on Hadoop. Experience in developing distributed computing systems applications using Hadoop, MapR, Hbase, Hive, Java/MapReduce, Data synapse, Pig, Storm,Kafka,Flume,Sqoop, Cloudera & Hortonworks Strong experience into Map Reduce and HDFS Should have strong Pl/SQL experience in teradata & able to handle complex queries Should be able to handle complex data loading process using teradata utilities Should be good in Teradata performance tuning
