3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, labor scheduling Exceptional analytical, strategic, decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of the purpose and strategy behind labor scheduling Demonstrated knowledge of Workforce management and planning applications Ability to interact with different HR /Business departments making strategic business recommendations backed up by analytics and facts Workday HCM experience preferred Other Software skills necessary for efficient analysis and reporting (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Access, Intermediate PowerPoint.
