More about the role Strategic & Commercial Proactively identify and prioritize high-volume, short-cycle opportunities in global discounter and seasonal markets. Define product selection strategies by leveraging supplier portfolios to maximize speed-to-market. Ensure pricing strategies align with core commercial objectives and competitive positioning. Uphold and safeguard the Philips brand integrity at every step. Operational & PMO Lead end-to-end execution of squad projects, acting as the project manager for cross-functional delivery teams. Drive swift decision-making and remove bottlenecks to meet aggressive timelines. Coordinate closely with Procurement, SQE, PE, Validation Engineering, and Channel Managers to ensure operational readiness and seamless execution. Monitor inventory levels, enhance forecast accuracy, and ensure full compliance with Philips quality standards. Financial Track and report on project financial performance, ensuring the achievement of profitability and volume targets. People & Collaboration Serve as the central point of contact for the Barracuda Squad, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration. Champion a team culture that prioritizes momentum over perfection, volume over complexity, and results over empty talk. Skills & Experience Technical & Commercial Proven product management and portfolio optimization skills. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on pricing expertise. Demonstrated project management (PMO) capabilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Behavioral Exceptional agility and confident decision-making under pressure.
