Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Mannheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Qualitätssicherungstechniker in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Stunden).
Responsibilities
- Umsetzung MSA für IATF 16949
- Mitwirkung an Design- / Prozess und Produkt FMEA´s
- Erstellung von Kontroll- und Prüfplänen, FB oder Anweisungen
- Überwachung und Erstellung von Korrekturmaßnahmen nach Qualitätsproblemen
- Anwendung von Core Tools (8D-Methode, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Bemusterungsverfahren PPAP / VDA 2.0
- Reklamationsbearbeitung in Discovery
- Verantwortlich für RET- FC –EA
- Einhaltung des bestehenden 5 S Programms
- Unterstützung bezüglich Entsorgung
- Aktualisierung von DIN Normen
Qualifications

abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium, Lacklaborant/in, Techniker/in, Ingenieur/in, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Computerkenntnisse in Microsoft

Umgang mit Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen sowie Verfahrensanweisungen nach Qualitäts/- und Umweltgesichtspunkten

Englisch in Wort und Schrift
