Fixture Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• • Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line

• • Responsible for technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers

• • Responsible for the optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line

• • Purchase management of equipment fixture

• • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design is preferred

• • Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology

• • More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design

• • Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software

• • Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc
