City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview The Architect will act as a key leader, collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that deliver measurable business impact. AI Business Process Engineering Architect (AI-BPEA) sits at the intersection of technology, process, and transformation — bridging what AI Engineers build and what Enterprise Engineers enable with how the business works and evolves. Education Bachelor’s or master's in industrial engineering, Business Process Management, Computer Science, or related field. (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, or AI-for-Leaders credentials. (Preferred) Experience Eight years Business process engineering, domain architecture, or related roles, with a focus on large-scale organizations. (Required) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$116,729.60-$216,777.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
