We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - DevOps to lead and manage an offshore operations team. This role requires a strong balance of hands‑on technical expertise and people management, with close collaboration with the onshore team. Key Responsibilities Own incident management for production systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive measures based on monitoring and alerts. Lead 24/7 operational support through an on‑call rotation model. Manage and oversee production deployments, change creation, and post‑deployment troubleshooting. Drive operational excellence across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability. Design, maintain, and improve monitoring dashboards and alerting (Dynatrace preferred). Ensure proper documentation of incidents, runbooks, changes, and procedures (Confluence). Coordinate closely with the onshore team to ensure alignment, handoffs, and clear communication. Enforce operational processes, standards, and continuous improvement within the team. Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of supervisory and/or management experience. Critical Skills Proven experience managing and leading DevOps / SRE / Operations teams Strong hands‑on experience with: Kubernetes (AKS) CI/CD (GitHub and Github Actions) Infrastructure management (Azure) Monitoring application and infrastructure ( Dynatrace) Experience with incident management, RCA, and production support Strong documentation skills (Confluence/Service-now or similar) Experience with ServiceNow (incident, change, and problem management) Ability to operate effectively in a global / offshore–onshore model Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills Key Expectations Be both technically hands‑on and managerially effective Ensure high availability, stability, and operational readiness Drive accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across the team McKesson has become aware of online recruiting-related scams in which individuals who are not affiliated with or authorized by McKesson are using McKesson’s (or affiliated entities, like CoverMyMeds or RxCrossroads) name in fraudulent emails, job postings or social media messages.
