About the role
Über die Stelle Du unterstützt die Abteilung AMI NAPA (Aseptic Manufacturing & Inspection, New Aseptic Processing Area) des Standorts Frankfurt BioCampus als Handwerker. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Wartung und Instandhaltung der verfahrenstechnischen Ansatzanlagen, Abfülllinien, Kontrollmaschinen und des Weiteren technischen Equipments der Abteilung. Du bringst Flexibilität für unseren 24/7-Schichtbetrieb mit und bist bereit, an allen Wochentagen zu arbeiten? Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: Der Betrieb der Abfüllanlagen und peripheren Prozesse erfolgt im Reinraum Klasse D. Zu den Hauptaufgaben des EMR-Schichthandwerker innerhalb der Bereiche Abfüllung, Reinigung und Sterilisation in der Abteilung New Aseptic Processing Area (NAPA) im Insulin Campus Frankfurt gehören: Durchführung von Wartungs- und Inspektionstätigkeiten an Produktionsanlagen mit qualitäts- und sicherheitstechnisch relevanten Prozessleittechnik-(PLT) Einrichtungen. Durchführung von Prüfungen nach BetrSichVO Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung an elektrotechnischen und messtechnischen Einrichtungen sowie an SPS'en, Prozessleit- und DV- gestützten Systemen Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Validierung von Anlagen Einweisung und Beaufsichtigung der Tätigkeiten von Fremdfirmenmitarbeitern Änderungen und Erweiterungen an PLT-Einrichtungen gemäß Anweisung Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kalibrierungen und Prüfungen an qualitäts- und sicherheitsrelevanten Einrichtungen Pflege der Anlagen- und Kalibrierdokumentation Dokumentation der Arbeitsausführung zum Nachweis der GMP-gerechten Ausführung Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Change Controls Einsatz in Reinräumen (Reinraumklasse C und D) Ersatzteillagerhaltung und Pflege der Ersatzteildokumentation Über dich Erfahrung: Erfahrung im Bereich GMP-regulierter Prozesse Berufserfahrung an Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten: Teamfähigkeit Selbstständiges und flexibles Arbeiten Transversale Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Gewerken Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Excel und Outlook Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlicher Wechselschicht an sieben Tagen Ausbildung: Ausbildung im technischen Bereich wie Elektroniker für Automatisierungs – oder Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Sprachen: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse Pursue Progress.
