About the role

Strong programming fundamentals, Python / JavaScript preferred
Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete requirements
Experience with AI / ML in production
Ability to design solutions for scale not quick hacks that crumble in production

2–3 years building scalable features and communicating with customers
Early-stage startup experience is required. Founders preferred, although not a requirement
Excel at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

The base pay range for this role is ₹1,200,000 – ₹3,000,000 per year.
