🎯 The Role: Lead Backend Engineer We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Backend Lead who can both drive technical excellence and lead a team of engineers . This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage startup and influence architecture, scale systems, and shape product direction at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI.
You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering leadership to design backend systems that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient — while also mentoring and growing a high-caliber engineering team.
