We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth squad. Your north star is clear: accelerate new business and customer expansion through data, insights, and AI-powered integrations.
This is a high-ownership, autonomous role. You'll drive discovery, define the roadmap, and work directly with engineering to ship products that expand Relo's data coverage and open new revenue surface area. You'll be working on a mix of active projects, including broadcast intelligence and AI-enabled measurement capabilities, while identifying and defining the next wave of growth opportunities.
You won't be handed a backlog. You'll build it.
What You'll Achieve
-
• Own the Growth Squad Roadmap: Take end-to-end ownership of the Growth roadmap, driving features from initial discovery through execution and rigorous outcome measurement.
-
• Lead Continuous Market Discovery: Conduct regular customer conversations, opportunity mapping, and rapid assumption testing to ensure the product consistently stays ahead of market needs.
-
• Drive AI & Intelligence Innovation: Define, build, and ship cutting-edge AI-powered features that automate insight generation, enhance data understanding, and expand platform intelligence.
-
• Deliver Lean & High-Quality Engineering: Partner closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver high-quality, high-velocity product work in an agile environment.
-
• Accelerate Customer Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and champion new data partnerships and integration opportunities that unlock expansion revenue and market reach.
-
• Establish & Track Growth KPIs: Define clear key performance indicators for the Growth squad and report transparently on progress and business impact to leadership.
-
• Translate Market Signals into Bets: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to turn revenue insights and market feedback into actionable product strategies.
Skills You'll Bring
-
• Full Product Lifecycle Mastery: Deep command over the entire product lifecycle, with a proven track record across discovery, agile delivery, and outcome measurement.
-
• Proactive "Challenger Mindset": A self-starter who doesn't wait for a backlog; you are highly comfortable generating your own requirements and driving the ship.
-
• Autonomous Execution: Comfortable operating with high autonomy and making high-impact decisions within a lean, fast-moving environment.
-
• Insight-Driven Strategy: Naturally curious and analytical, relying on hard data and insights rather than intuition alone to set the "North Star" for your squad.
-
• KPI Definition & Reporting: Proficient in defining squad-level key performance indicators and maintaining transparent, highly visible progress metrics for stakeholders.
-
• Cross-Functional Communication: A clear, direct communicator (written and verbal) who seamlessly translates technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
-
• Core PM Experience: 4–6 years of dedicated product management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data platform environment.
-
• AI/ML Product Experience: A strong background (or significant "nice-to-have" experience) taking AI-powered features or LLM integrations from ideation to production within a data context.
-
• Data Infrastructure Exposure: Hands-on experience working with analytics platforms, data pipelines, or measurement-focused software products.
-
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), Computer Science degree, or equivalent practical work experience.
