What You'll Do

  • Deliver Salesforce Solutions for the GTM Organization

  • Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce change requests, from analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations across Sales Cloud and GTM-facing applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and declarative tools.

  • Partner with the Salesforce Automation Team Lead and Technical Product Manager to understand business requirements, estimate effort, and execute work from the GTM backlog.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce governance and platform standards.

  • Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.

  • Support ongoing platform enhancements while balancing business priorities and technical quality.

  • Contribute to Platform Excellence & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, configuration enhancements, and self-service capabilities.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce delivery processes, intake mechanisms, and operational efficiency.

  • Support Salesforce platform governance through adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.

  • Advocate for reusable components, automation best practices, and scalable platform design.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and platform improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate Across Global Teams

  • Work closely with Salesforce platform teams in India and global stakeholders to deliver business value.

  • Support the execution of Salesforce initiatives while maintaining alignment with long-term platform strategy and architecture.

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical reviews, and delivery ceremonies.

  • Communicate proactively regarding progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies across multiple time zones.

  • Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

  • Support Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Continuously expand Salesforce platform expertise and stay current with new platform capabilities and best practices.

  • Learn from senior engineers and platform leaders while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to team documentation and best practices.

  • Stay informed on emerging Salesforce technologies, automation capabilities, and GTM platform trends.

  • What It Takes:

  • Technical

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or actively pursuing certification).

  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud/Pardot.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, and governance best practices.

  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.

  • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and Salesforce CI/CD practices using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, testing methodologies, and deployment management.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in fast-paced, request-driven environments.

  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience participating in Agile delivery environments and sprint-based execution models.

  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or additional Salesforce certifications.

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Traction Complete, Trigger Actions Framework, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with GTM technology ecosystems including HubSpot, Zapier, marketing automation platforms, and e-commerce integrations.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or e-commerce business environments.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience working within a mentorship-driven or engineering excellence-focused environment.
