What You Will Do Assist in the preparation and implementation of Approved Technical Data flow-down

Assist in cost-reduction projects, and the development and execution of new repair methods and technologies

Support data collection and assist PMEs with data analysis for yield-improvement projects

Support cost-reduction, process-efficiency, and material-usage-reduction initiatives

Support the maintenance and currency of Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW)

Perform responsibilities in compliance with the RTX EH&S Policy, Code of Conduct, and Global Trade Compliance at all times

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Engineering Diploma (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering) with a minimum of 3 years of working experience preferred

  • Knowledge of aero-component repair processes will be an added advantage

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of MS Project, MS Power BI, Minitab, or CMM/CNC Programming will be an added advantage
