About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of automated legal collections processes.
This role sits at the intersection of product, legal, data, and operations and focuses on building a high-impact product that directly drives recovery, cost efficiency, and scalability of legal operations.
You will own a critical product area end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy to delivering measurable business outcomes across the full legal collections lifecycle.
Challenges that await you:
• Own the product direction and roadmap for legal collections automation
• Translate business and legal strategy into scalable product solutions
• Design and launch end-to-end automated workflows across the legal lifecycle (case selection, document generation, filing, status tracking)
• Drive improvements in key business metrics such as recovery rate, cost per case, and time-to-resolution
• Build and iterate on decisioning logic using data, segmentation, and scoring models
• Define success metrics and lead experimentation (A/B testing) to optimize performance
• Work closely with Legal, Collections, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to deliver solutions end-to-end
• Own integrations with external partners (law firms, courts, vendors)
• Ensure scalability and compliance of all product decisions
What makes you a great fit:
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience owning a product area or key product initiatives end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to drive decisions
• Experience building or improving workflow-based or operational products
• Ability to translate complex business processes into product solutions
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across functions
• Experience working with product metrics and running experiments
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Our ways of working:
• Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
• Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
• Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
• Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
• High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
• Relocation support to one of our hubs — Mexico — with assistance for the employee and their family
• Flexible work from our office
• Healthcare Coverage
• Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
• Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
• Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
