Copilot Solutions Engineer

Guide federal clients through adoption of Microsoft Copilot through completion of readiness assessments and support of rollout strategies

Identify, design, and deploy Copilot solutions in client M365 environments

Translate mission and operational requirements into secure, scalable Copilot architectures across M365 including integration with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform, Entra ID and custom line-of-business systems

Assist to build and configure custom agents, plugins, prompts, and connectors aligned to federal use cases

Lead technical workshops, demos, and architecture sessions tailored to educate customers on responsible AI, data protection, and adoption best practices

Ensure solutions meet federal security and compliance standards

Ability to present complex technical solutions to executives and end-users

Partner with client security teams and operations teams on data residency, access control, audit logging, and governance

Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation as required

Collaborate with program managers, partners, and Microsoft teams to deliver successful outcomes

Support user enablement, prompt engineering best practices, and success measurement for end user to enterprise solutions
