About the role
Lead the design, review, and management of electrical systems and subsystems with a strong emphasis on safety, EMC, and compliance.
Architect power, control, and communication systems for robotic platforms and their operating environments.
Develop electrical requirements, specifications, and documentation that drive system‑level design.
Deliver cost‑effective, manufacturable electrical solutions and support release to production and field deployment.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to execute product designs from concept through production, including prototyping, validation, testing, and certification.
Lead and support a technical team across multiple parallel projects, ensuring alignment and engineering rigor.
Coordinate electrical engineering activities across projects and ensure effective collaboration with mechanical, software, and systems engineering.
Write and maintain functional specifications, design verification plans, and test procedures.
Architect, design, and debug complex embedded systems, including analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and system‑level interfaces.
Create and maintain electrical drawings, schematics, PCB layouts, and related documentation. Prepare and conduct technical design reviews.
Support product releases to manufacturing, including troubleshooting, build support, and sustaining engineering.
Execute tasks on tight schedules while maintaining high-quality and reliability standards.
Establish and improve development processes aligned with functional safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508).
