Job Title Service Product Manager, MR (North America) Job Description Service Product Manager, MR (North America) The Service Product Manager is responsible for driving customer lifecycle value (CLV), installed base (IB) growth, and service revenue performance across the North American MR portfolio. This strategic role leads initiatives focused on lifecycle optimization, service attachment, upgrade and modernization pathways, competitive conversion and win-back programs, and long-term installed base expansion. Your role: 1. Service Growth & Lifecycle Strategy Lead North America service growth initiatives across Installed Base (IB) and lifecycle optimization programs for the MR portfolio. Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize lifecycle value creation. Drive service attachment strategies tied to Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions, including term attachment optimization. 2. Installed Base & Competitive Strategy Manage business initiatives focused on leveraging service for growth. Identify opportunities to retain, upgrade, and expand the existing customer installed base while improving long-term service profitability. 3. Modality-Specific Growth Initiatives Lead targeted growth programs related to MR portfolio targets. Partner with sales, service, and marketing teams to align customer value messaging and commercial execution. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with regional sales, service delivery, marketing, finance, and global business teams to execute strategic growth initiatives. Support business case development, pricing strategies, and market opportunity assessments. Track KPIs and business performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize results. 5. Market & Customer Insights Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new lifecycle and service growth opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert on lifecycle management strategies and installed base optimization. You're the right fit if: You have at least 5+ years of industry experience, ideally in marketing technology, healthcare, or MedTech products and solutions. Familiarity with radiology and service structure for capital equipment is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You have demonstrated broad knowledge of products and services within scope and excel at fostering collaboration across multifunctional teams. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office-based role. Philips Transparency Details: The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV, AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY, AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA, CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $85000-210000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
