Job Title Senior Global Product Manager (Sleep Therapy) Job Description In this role, you will support the Sleep worldwide portfolio and are accountable for driving end‑to‑end lifecycle management and ensuring sustained global market success across both products and associated services. You will lead cross‑functional execution, ensuring that our legacy portfolio continues to meet customer needs through service excellence and smart portfolio optimization. Senior Global Product Manager also drives creation of sales enablement, training and other assets for their portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional product management, R&D, and commercial teams, and report to the Segment Leader, Sleep and Diagnostics Therapies. This role is based in Pune, India, co-located with our R&D and cross-functional execution teams. By embedding deep market, clinical, and customer insight into every stage of the lifecycle, you ensure the portfolio remains competitive, compliant, and positioned for long‑term growth. Your role: Manage the Life Cycle Management for existing portfolio from start to end, taking initial ideas/changes through product development launch and maintenance and market release. Help to extend the lifecycle of existing products by contributing with your product management views. Act as a subject matter expert for domain, with ability to clearly convey key messages to executive partners. Accountable for defining, launching and building profitable products, solutions and platforms that improve people’s lives. Obtain global customer requirements and product specifications via market research activities, market analysis, and on-going communication with key internal and external partners. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customers and patients and a thorough understanding of the global marketplace and be the Voice of the Customer within the development team, develop business requirements for new products and solutions; drive alignment of feature/function prioritization to maximize the value proposition. Interact on a regular basis with our marketing teams in key markets and ensure successful management of devices that fit with the local market needs. Maintain and evolve key marketing documents to enable successful alignment. Guides the project team in the execution phase of the engineering or design related change. Portfolio Optimization — Continuously evaluate the legacy portfolio to identify rationalization and pruning opportunities that simplify the offering, reduce complexity, and identify opportunities to shift focus to growth — while managing transitions in a way that protects customer trust and market position. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in an international business environment in the field of product management, marketing, or related commercial/strategic role in medical devices or health technology You have a Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent. Expertise experience delivering complex projects to meet demanding features, cost, quality and launch targets. Your skills include marketing processes, strategic planning and budgeting; strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills and ability to convey complex messages to influence colleagues; and ability to synthesize market and customer feedback to drive valuable innovations. Exposure to Regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR) and Reimbursement considerations You’re a highly motivated professional with a passion for medical device solutions and possess the ability to network and influence in a global matrix organization. You also have the ability to travel >25% of the time both, domestically and globally. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to lead cross‑disciplinary discussions with confidence How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
