About the role
Job Title Power BI Developer – PS&Q Data Analytics (all genders) Job Description We are looking for a Power BI Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of analytics and reporting solutions for global Patient Safety & Quality (PS&Q) operations. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and global analytics teams to develop interactive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and deliver scalable data visualization solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric technologies. You will help transform complex operational and quality data into actionable insights that support business decision-making, product quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical development, business engagement, and data storytelling in a collaborative international environment. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions for global stakeholders. Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations to support scalable reporting solutions. Support reporting automation and data integration activities using SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and related technologies. Ensure dashboards and reports are user-friendly, accurate, high-performing, and aligned with reporting standards. Support troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution related to reporting and analytics solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, automation, and analytics modernization. Assist in maintaining documentation for dashboards, datasets, reporting processes, and technical solutions. You’re the Right Fit If 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI. Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI DAX Power Query SQL Microsoft Fabric Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations for business users. Understanding of data modeling, reporting automation, and ETL/ELT concepts. Experience working with Azure, Databricks, APIs, or cloud-based data platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. A team player and comfortable working directly with stakeholders in an international environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or quality analytics is an advantage.
