Job Title Field Service Technician (SRC Japan) Job Description 医療機器（人工呼吸器など）の点検、修理などを通じて医療関係者と患者の方々が安心して当社製品をお使いいただけるよう手順や品質を維持するための基準等を策定・サポートするポジションです。 お客様に質の高いサービス提供を行うこと、効率的な業務遂行を目標に継続的にレベルアップして頂ける方のご応募をお待ちしております。 仕事内容： 1. 修理業務のマニュアル、修理手順の翻訳、保守管理規定等の作成 2. 各修理センターでの修理業務の運営維持・品質の標準化 3. USのカウンターパートとの調整や、国内で発生している問題のエスカレーション 4. 修理・メンテナンスパーツの使用フォーキャストを作成・発注 5. 各種測定器の校正等の管理 6. 社内各部署との修理・メンテナンスに関する調整 応募資格: 【必須（MUST）】 ■以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 ・大学の理系学部、専門学校、高専、工業高校などで電気・電子・機械・医療技術関連のいずれかを専攻していた方 ・一般職であっても、技術的な基礎知識を用いて従事されている方 ■語学力 ・Nativeレベルの日本語力＆日常会話レベルの英語力が必須です。 ■その他 ・オフィスソフト(PowerPoint , WORD、EXCEL)スキル 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・海外の方との業務経験があればなお可 ・フィールドサービスエンジニア／テクニシャンの経験があればなお可 ・技術的なカスタマーサポート経験あればなお可 募集要項： 【契約期間】期間の定めなし 【試用期間】試用期間あり（原則として入社日より6ヶ月） 【就業場所】 埼玉県・川越オフィス 変更の範囲：当社拠点全般。配置転換により当社拠点全般に異動の可能性あり 【就業時間】9:00-17:30　休憩時間：原則として12:00-13:00 ※コアタイムなしのフレックス勤務制 ※夜間の修理対応等で勤務時間帯は前後します 【休日】毎週土曜日（所定休日）、日曜日（法定休日）、国民の祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日） 【休暇】有給休暇：初年度最大20日間（入社月により変動）、Care Leave（年間10日間）、Sick Leave（年間最大30日間）ほか 【時間外労働】あり　40時間程度 【給与】基本給　年収450～550万円 ※30時間分の固定残業代を含む ※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します 【賞与】インセンティブ 15% ※インセンティブは、毎年3月支給。ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます ※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり 【加入保険】社会保険（厚生年金保険、健康保険）・労働保険（雇用保険、労災保険） 【退職金制度】退職一時金および確定拠出年金の２本立て 【研修制度】国内・オランダ・シンガポールでの装置、技術研修、作業資格取得支援体制あり 【その他】PhiliFlexポイント：72,000 ポイント（1ポイント＝1円） About Philips We are a health technology company.
