Job Title Configuration Management Specialist Job Description Job title: To be participate in working for high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of men globally, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology. Your role: Member of Project Core team, Responsible for Configuration management activities Planning and Reporting. Responsible for identify configuration items, configuration status accounting, change control, lifecycle management and auditing, documents and BOM baseline during product development. Review and process changes to configuration management (CM) records (i.e., product development documentation, engineering drawings, Engineering BOMs, etc.) made via change orders. Organize CCB meeting to track CR across the whole chain, be a multi-site change coordinator. Work with business units to understand product commercial structures (e.g., global catalog and commercial function structure) in order to drive creation of excellent Conditional BOM and maintain. Very familiar with all CM Procedures, Process, report template, work instruction and relevant procedures in QMS. Serve as domain expert on PLDM Tools (e.g. Agile, SAP). initiate license requests for new tools users and train them on tool access and usage Capable of gaining opportunity or raising request to improve tool, process, way of working, initiatives. You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering management or Information management and information systems, or other similar field. 5+ years working experience, either in configuration management or product lifecycle management, healthcare industry background preferred. Strong working experience in CM tools (e.g Agile PLDM, SAP). Familiar with Product development Process, Product lifecycle/Data management, knowledge of CMMI is better to have. Self-motivated and strong learning skills. Thinking and expressing in logical way, with capability and willing to optimize wow and improve constantly. Fluent English speaking and writing.
