Job Description
At Pearson, our Oracle ERP platforms underpin critical business operations across supply chain, logistics, and finance. We’re looking to connect with experienced Oracle SCM Techno‑Functional Consultants to support and evolve our Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (Fusion) landscape. These roles sit at the heart of production support and transformation — combining deep technical delivery, strong functional understanding, and end‑to‑end ownership.
This advert covers multiple approved senior roles across our Oracle SCM domain.

-
Inbound and outbound interfaces with validations and reconciliation
-
Concurrent programs and reports (XML Publisher / BI Publisher)
-
Support end‑to‑end flows, such as:
-
Order → Pricing → Shipping → Inventory → Invoice → AR / Collections
-
Work closely with warehouse partners / 3PLs to resolve shipment, inventory, and integration issues
-
Support implementations, upgrades, rollouts, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
-
Operate within hybrid EBS–Cloud landscapes, ensuring data consistency and process integrity
-
Build and improve monitoring, automation, and stability, including:

-
Controlled auto‑retry and reconciliation processes with audit logging
-
Create runbooks, knowledge articles, and standardised support processes
-
Support audit and compliance activities, providing evidence, extracts, and explanations as required
What we’re looking for
