About the role
2+ years of experience working on business problems in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst role.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Hands-on experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards, ideally with PowerBI ( or other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Grafana ).
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis with an understanding of how these insights can drive business impact.
Problem solving and being a team player.
Pragmatic and impact-focused - you will choose Excel over Python if it is a better solution for the problem and vice-versa.
Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses about business performance.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
