We are looking for an IT Engineer Intern with good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an automation-driven approach to IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• • Help manage office IT equipment - provisioning, imaging, configuring, troubleshooting and replacing workstations and peripherals

• • Assist with end-user support: account setup, software installs, password/MFA resets and everyday requests

• • Learn to triage the IT support queue - resolving simple requests and escalating the rest with clear notes

• • Provide first-line support for third-party trading applications - installs, upgrades and basic connectivity checks

• • Help with hands-on datacenter work - cabling, racking, cleaning cabinets, swapping UPS batteries and failed components

• • Contributing to internal documentation of processes and best practices

• • Learn basic scripting to automate repetitive tasks (Python, Bash)

Requirements

• • Currently studying, or recently completed studies, in IT, computer science or a related field - or strong self-taught technical curiosity

• • Genuine interest in how computers, networks and servers work under the hood

• • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work (hardware, cabling, being on-site)

• • Basic familiarity with Windows; any exposure to Linux (Debian, CentOS) is a plus

• • Willingness to learn scripting (Python, Bash) - no prior experience required

• • Interest in finance or trading technology a plus, but not required - we'll teach you

• • English required, French a plus

• • Reliable, organised, and eager to learn from feedback

• • This internship is on-site in Martigny (no remote working)
