About the role
Overview
We are looking for a talented senior frontend software engineer to join our fast-growing, mental health startup. In this role you will help lead frontend development for our healthcare platform and craft intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces.
We are open to both full- and part-time engagements. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own core parts of the product, collaborate closely with design and backend teams, and contribute directly to the user experience. Our team members have worked for companies such as Amazon, Palantir, Citadel, Optiver, among others.

🎯 Must haves
Several years of relevant work experience with in front-end design and development
Expertise in CSS/HTML and preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
Experience working with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6, ES8, etc)
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, Redux, etc)
Expertise in building responsive layouts
Experience with modern browser technologies
Proven debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding on client side performance optimization techniques
Perform code reviews, uphold best practices, and mentor junior developers.
You are not afraid of ambiguity and understand that the goal for a startup is to find the product-market fit and to learn from mistakes as soon as possible instead of building perfect products
