Drive rigorous execution of switching, maintenance coordination, and safe work practices in line with approved procedures and code requirements.

Track and improve KPIs such as equipment availability, backlog, incident trends, MTTR, maintenance completion, and corrective action closure.

-
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records including procedures, service reports, one-lines, test results, and CMMS data.

Champion electrical safety, including NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, contractor compliance, and switching discipline.
-
Coach and develop technicians and frontline leaders to reinforce safety, technical capability, and execution quality.

-
Familiarity with EPMS, SCADA, BMS, and CMMS tools.
