About the role
Job Summary Product Engineer supports the successful introduction of new products into production. This role works closely with a global, cross‑functional NPI team to ensure product launches are delivered on time, meet market requirements, and achieve high reliability and manufacturability. The Product Engineer plays a key role during product qualification, characterization, and production ramp‑up phases.
Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end New Product Introduction activities from development through mass production. Work with global R&D cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time product launch with minimal risk Driver in product qualification, characterization, and validation testing to ensure product performance and reliability. Analyze product performance data and support identification of potential risks or gaps Support reliability assessment and corrective actions during qualification phases Ensure product manufacturability during production ramp-up Collaborate with test, quality, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams Align product market requirements with manufacturing needs Support yield improvement, issue resolution, and launch readiness tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related) Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience or fresh graduate Good analytical and problem solving skill Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams Strong interest in new product development and manufacturing
