JavaCard Applets Architect (m/f/d)

As a JavaCard Applets Architect you will be responsible for: Translate market requirements from customers into product specifications. Design and develop secure JavaCard applets for car access, battery management, telematic systems, identification, payment and other services. Ensure proper internal unit and system tests, support functional and security testing at external test houses. Give technical guidance to the development team. As candidate for this role you have: Bachelor or Master’s degree (computer science or similar) 6+ years JavaCard Applet development experience for mass-market products Experience with compliancy certification of e.g. payment and eGovernment applications Solid understanding of Secure Element/smartcard internal workings. Good understanding of cryptographic algorithms (e.g. DES, AES, RSA, ECC, PKCS) Strong communication skills, experience with diverse teams (cultural, geographical) Experience in technically leading and steering multi-site software development teams Fluent English skills both verbally and written. Basic knowledge of automotive standards and procedures (IATF16949, FMEA, ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262) Experience in technically collaborating in a cross-industry organization (e.g. Car Connectivity Consortium) is a plus Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
