Participate in design reviews, engineering verification, and technical problem solving.
-
Identify opportunities for product improvements, standardization, and innovation.
-
Contribute to the development of future engineering methods, including digital and AI-assisted engineering tools.
What Success Looks Like
You'll quickly become a trusted member of the engineering team, independently delivering high-quality mechanical design solutions while taking ownership of assigned design packages.
