About the role
SW Engineer
Poland(Hybrid)
We are seeking a skilled SW Engineer with expertise in C++, cmake, git, and gerrit to join our innovative team at Nokia. Your responsibilities
As part of the team, you will:
- Be responsible for the development and/or maintenance of assigned deliverables in your area
- Ensure timely fault resolutions for any issues that arise
- Prepare and document designs for review
- Participate in specification reviews to ensure quality deliverables

Your skills and experience
You have:
- 2-4 years of professional, commercial experience in C++ development
- Good knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in embedded SW development
- Hands-on experience with communication interfaces
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with code review tools like Gerrit
- Knowledge of building automation tools such as CMake
- Experience in writing and executing unit tests with GTest
- SW SCT framework and test writing
- Experience with vibe coding and AI coding tools.
Other areas which we would like to see could be:

Background in telecommunications

Understanding of 5G/LTE technology

Experience with YOCTO
