Typically requires 10 or more years working with Avaya PBX and Avaya Call Center applications. Requires proven experience with Avaya hardware and software implementations, including Communication Manager, CMS, Experience Portal, Messaging, and Session Manager. Requires strong experience with NICE Recording systems, including Workforce Management , Quality Monitoring and Speech Analytics Proven experience with CTI integration projects is highly-preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing IT solutions that leverages the architectural roadmap and standards of ABC, seamlessly integrate with the existing IT portfolio and deliver on the defined business requirements. The Solutions Architect will provide guidance and subject matter expertise in the areas of Telecommunications and Call Center applications and the tools used within the Unified Communications group. This individual will approve, design, and standardize future architectural decisions for the unified Communications group. The Solutions Architect will work closely with the Telecommunications and Call Center Technical Lead to guide developers in creating environment where future Unified Communications technology will be on the forefront.
