5+ years experience in LEC, Equipment Manufacturer or ISP environment preferred Proficiency with all primary Microsoft Office and related software applications. Technical certification and/or on the job technical training certificates preferred Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and demanding customer environment. Strong understanding of T1, relative makeup, common applications, circuit composition, installation/repair process, and fault isolation procedures. Minimum Education: Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
